Description:

Young wine of slight rose colour with certain violet reflexes and soft release of bubbles. Fresh and fruity fragrance reminding raspberries and strawberries. Refreshing in the mouth, full of life and fruit-flavoured which gives it a good balance culminated by bubbles.

Temperature of consumption:

Cold between 8° and 10° Celsius.

To be consumend especially with sea-food and fish.
